FAQs

Where can I see the due diligence for a company I’m interested in?

To view the due diligence for a live GAS deal you need to indicate an investment, which you can do here. You will then be given access to the data room with all the notes and information gathered from due diligence. Rest assured that any indication you make is not binding, and subject to your satisfaction with a full due diligence process.

Where can I see how much has been indicated for a company that I’m interested in?

The levels of indication aren’t publicly available, but you can always email the GAS deal manager and they will tell you. The GAS deal manager is listed on each deal page in the live deals area.

Is there a forum, or directory where I can see other GAS members?

No, but we do have a GAS Community LinkedIn group, open to all GAS members.

Where can I see the timeline of a live deal I’m interested in, so that I know when the closing date is?

All the deals in the live deals area are open and in different stages of due diligence, or are about to or have recently pitched. You can see the status in the live deals area. If there is still space in a round, we will email out a ‘final call’ email to all members when a deal is close to closing. Otherwise the best way to keep up to date with a live deal is to indicate an investment, or to contact the GAS deal manager.

How many pitch events do you have throughout the year?

We hold pitch events once a month, and aim to have at least 4 in-person events throughout the year. The events tend to be in London, but we also facilitate gatherings in regional areas. If you would like to discuss a GAS gathering in your area please contact the Membership Manager Olivia Lyth.

We will email you in advance of events, so keep your eye on your emails. To learn more about how GAS pitch events work watch this short video from Cam.

If there is a company that I think GAS should consider investing in, who should I speak to?

All companies should submit an application through the GAS website by using the ‘apply for funding’ button. That allows us to collect information about the company allowing us to start a conversation with them. In the application form they can indicate who referred them and we will follow up with you. If you don’t know the company, but think that we should reach out then please email Marco at marco@greenangelsyndicate.com

What are the fees at GAS?

The fees are outlined in the GAS T&Cs

Is there a minimum investment amount?

Yes, the minimum investment amount is £5000 per deal.

I know someone who might be interested in GAS membership. Who should I put them in touch with?

You can introduce them to Olivia, olivia@greenangelsyndicate.com, or feel free to invite them to an upcoming GAS event. You can do so through your email invitation. We will then follow up with them.
