Oliver Montague

Chartered accountant (ACA, PwC) and Engineer (MENG, Oxford). In 2013 Oliver set up a side-hustle selling eBike kits online, which grew into Panda Bikes – which by 2017 was the #3 eBike conversion business in the UK. Realising it couldn’t scale due to the installation and compatibility issues with conventional eBike kits, Oliver created a prototype for a “Universal kit that could fit on any bike” in 2017, leading to the founding of Swytch.

Dmitro Khroma

Previously a consulting engineer at Cambridge Consultants working on robotics and Agritech, Dmitro has led Swytch as CTO through 3 successful product launches, involving 2 patents (one granted, one pending) and producing over 70,000 units.

Richard Sharp

Previously CFO at AMARA, supporting the business growth from £11m to £52m. Prior to this, held a number of senior finance roles including Director of Group Finance for Countryside Properties PLC and Group Financial Controller at Clinton Cards PLC.

James Warren

Previously VP Marketing at Bloom & Wild for 4 years, CMO at Patch Plants and Mous, Jim has worked at D2C startups for the past 12 years with a focus on ecomm, acquisition and retention.
